These Terms of Use apply to all visitors and users of the BusinessCoach.com website operated by BusinessCoach International B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands. By accessing this website or purchasing services such as a business scan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use this website or make any purchase.
1. Services Provided
1.1 BusinessCoach International offers entrepreneurs access to a business scan and facilitates connections with independently operating business coaches within its network.
1.2 The business scan includes a personalized, automatically generated digital report based on information submitted by you. This may be optionally followed by a conversation with an independent business coach.
1.3 All coaching services beyond the scan are offered directly by independent coaches and are governed by their own general terms and conditions. BusinessCoach International is not a party to those agreements.
1.4 The person purchasing the scan represents that they are authorized to do so on behalf of their company or organization, if applicable, and that the organization accepts responsibility for the use of the scan and related services.
2. Payment and Delivery
2.1 Payment for the business scan is made directly to BusinessCoach International. The scan is digitally generated and shared with a coach within our network.
2.2 There is no right of withdrawal or refund after purchase, as the scan constitutes a personalized digital product delivered upon payment.
2.3 BusinessCoach International does not guarantee any response or follow-up beyond delivery unless explicitly agreed.
2.4 These Terms govern your use of the services provided by BusinessCoach International B.V. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the applicability of any other general terms and conditions, including those of the customer, is excluded unless expressly agreed in writing. In cases where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, these Terms will be applied in a manner consistent with such laws.
3. Role of BusinessCoach International
3.1 BusinessCoach International acts solely as a facilitator between the client and the independently contracted business coaches.
3.2 Coaches within the network are fully independent and are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of BusinessCoach International.
3.3 By purchasing a scan or entering into a coaching agreement, you acknowledge that BusinessCoach International cannot be held liable for any outcome, damage, or loss resulting from the coaching process.
3.4 You explicitly waive any right to hold BusinessCoach International, its affiliates, or subsidiaries liable for any dispute or damages arising from services provided by independent coaches.
4. Data and Privacy
4.1 Data submitted via the scan is stored and analyzed by BusinessCoach International. It is also shared with the assigned coach for the purpose of service delivery.
4.2 BusinessCoach International uses this data in anonymized and aggregated form for service improvement, benchmarking, and industry analysis.
4.3 The data you enter remains the property of BusinessCoach International and may be used commercially in accordance with our privacy policy.
4.4 Data is never shared with third parties outside our coach network unless required by law.
4.5 BusinessCoach International takes appropriate security measures to protect submitted data but cannot be held liable for any temporary loss of access or data due to technical issues or external breaches.
4.6 By submitting a scan, review, or participating in any coaching follow-up, you grant BusinessCoach International permission to use anonymized results or testimonials for promotional or educational purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content on this website—including the Circle of Business framework, model graphics, and terminology—is the intellectual property of Bart van den Belt and licensed exclusively to BusinessCoach International.
5.2 No part of this content or the scan output may be copied, reproduced, published, or commercially reused without prior written permission.
5.3 Unauthorized sharing, reposting, or distribution of the scan or visual materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Use of Website
6.1 The content and tools provided on this website are for informational use only. BusinessCoach International makes no guarantees about specific outcomes based on their use.
6.2 Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. Business decisions remain your full responsibility.
6.3 You are fully responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any data you provide during the scan process. Incorrect, misleading, or incomplete entries may result in inaccurate output, for which BusinessCoach International assumes no liability.
6.4 Unauthorised use of this website or its content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
6.5 From time to time, this website may include links to external sites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse the content and are not responsible for the material found on these websites.
6.6 BusinessCoach International makes every effort to maintain uninterrupted availability of the website and platform. However, we are not responsible for any temporary unavailability due to factors beyond our control.
7. Access and Support Limitations
7.1 Clients receive a one-time digital scan and do not have continuous access to a user account or dashboard unless separately agreed.
7.2 BusinessCoach International is not obligated to provide long-term access or support for completed scans beyond initial delivery.
8. Legal Terms
8.1 These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
8.2 Any dispute related to these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
8.3 BusinessCoach International reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
9. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) – Supplemental Notice
